Porto Osteria's Graden Dej was part of Seaside magazine professional local profiles in October.

Our Italian menu is the result of Graden's hard work and focus. He is insatiable when it comes to developing old recipes into his own version, and creating new ones. The seemingly limitless number of cookbooks, magazines, recipes, and chef biographies we have piled through our home is a physical reminder of his passion.
