5 Course Chefs' Tasting Menu
Inspired by Spring, Graden Dej and Bogdan Ilies have developed a beautifully balanced menu utilizing local fare and Italian traditions.
Bruschetta and Olive Tapenade served on Porto made crostini's.
Arugula, Endive, and slivered Parmigiana Reggiano with a white wine vinaigrette.
Fresh Squid-ink Linguini paired with Coastal Mussels in a white cream sauce.
Braised Lamb, accompanied by local potatoes served in red wine lamb gravy.
Decadent dark chocolate Brownie, accompanied by slices of fresh fruit.
